Its products include Sana, for AI agents and enterprise search, and Sana Learn, a learning and content-creation platform used by organisations to access knowledge, automate work and learn with agentic AI. Backed by investors including NEA, Menlo Ventures and EQT Ventures, the company reached over $130M in total funding before Workday announced a definitive agreement to acquire it for approximately $1.1 billion in September 2025.
