Spona

Spona is a free micro-ERP platform that connects clients with their outside suppliers and subcontractors, combining contracts, work phases and milestones, tasks, payment analytics, built-in chat and video calls, a shared calendar, and an AI consultant in one shared workspace. Its only paid service is financing: once a milestone is approved, suppliers can request early payment or clients can defer payment up to 90 days, with Spona charging a transparent fee on the financed amount. The company operates through Top Digital Agency Limited in Ireland and its Croatian subsidiary Top Digital d.o.o. (Spona Croatia), based in Zabok, and has received co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund's Competitiveness and Cohesion Programme.
