HCM Deck was founded in 2016 in Kraków by Szymon Janicki and Rafał Nieśluchowski. The company offers a cloud-based employee development platform covering learning, communications, and feedback, serving enterprise clients such as Rossmann, Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, and Allianz. It raised a total of roughly $4M, including a 2019 round led by mAccelerator (mBank's VC fund) with co-investment from Innovation Nest.
