Jakub "Kuba" Filipowski is the co-founder and CEO of Netguru, a Polish software development company he has built since 2008 into an international firm of 700+ people. Before becoming CEO in 2023 he was Chief Strategy Officer, leading Netguru's M&A including a stake in US innovation studio Pilot44. He is also a Partner at Warsaw growth fund Supercharge Capital, an active angel investor, and earlier co-founded the SaaS recruitment platform HumanWay, sold to Grupa Pracuj in 2013.
