Chisinau software company founded in 2005, listed both on the Moldova Innovation Technology Park resident register and among ATIC members. It works in e-government consulting, taking public agencies from requirements analysis and process reengineering through to custom systems for courts, business registration, licensing, permits, procurement, tax and border control, and reports more than fifty projects across thirty-one countries.
