Moldova Innovation Technology Park (MITP)

Moldova's technology park, based on str. Serghei Lazo 38 in Chișinău, which describes itself as Europe's first virtual IT park and applies a 7% single tax on revenue for resident companies. Residency is open to companies meeting published eligibility criteria rather than requiring physical tenancy, and the park publishes a tax and fee calculator, a legal framework, resident profiles and IT Visa guidance for employing foreign specialists.
