Sibylla Biotech is a preclinical-stage Italian biotech developing small-molecule protein degraders through a proprietary technology it calls Pharmacological Protein Inactivation by Folding Intermediates Targeting (PPI-FIT), powered by computer simulations and AI on its Oneiros platform. The company is a spin-off of INFN, the University of Trento, and the University of Perugia, co-founded by Emiliano Biasini and Pietro Faccioli. Sibylla has signed drug discovery collaborations with Takeda and Ono Pharmaceutical and raised a EUR 23 million Series A round in 2022 to advance its internal pipeline and expand its technology platform.
