Prosperty is a Greek digital real estate platform that aims to bring trust, transparency and convenience to property transactions in a market it says has lagged on technology and data quality. It combines data collection and analysis, digital tools, experienced partners and personalised support to help people sell, buy, rent, or finance a home, and it also serves investors, brokers, and international buyers seeking Golden Visa properties. The company started as a four-person team in Marousi in early 2019, secured EUR 1.1 million in pre-seed financing in March 2020, and now operates offices in Athens, Thessaloniki, Patra, Heraklion, Rethymno, and Cyprus.
