High-Tech Gruenderfonds (HTGF) is Germany’s public-private seed investor. In 2022 it launched HTGF IV with about EUR 493m, backed by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs, KfW Capital, and 45 corporate LPs including BASF, Bayer, Bosch, and SAP.
HTGF focuses on high-tech, industrial tech, chemistry, and life sciences and is a cornerstone early-stage fund in Germany.
