ReOrbit is a Helsinki-based satellite manufacturer founded in 2019, building advanced satellites for GEO-based critical communications and next-generation LEO direct-to-device connectivity. Its products include Silta, a sovereign communication satellite, and OrbitCloud, which provides private D2D connectivity and orbital AI inference, both built on a software-defined architecture designed for a flexible manufacturing supply chain. The company, which has more than 100 employees and targets a first launch in 2026, received a EUR 4.6 million grant from Business Finland for its OrbitCloud R&D programme.
