Hi-Tech Park Belarus (HTP)

Belarus's flagship IT cluster at Kuprevicha 1/1 in Minsk, which describes itself as the Belarusian Silicon Valley and one of the largest IT clusters in Central and Eastern Europe. It offers a special legal environment and infrastructure, including a regime for regulated token circulation, and reports more than 60,000 programmers, developers, engineers, designers and analysts across its resident companies. It also runs a Startup Hub and IT education programmes.
