Azerbaijan's innovation and digital development agency, based in Baku, whose stated goal is to build the country's digital future across four areas: innovation, digitalisation, development of digital competencies, and nuclear research. It operates the mygov services platform and runs assessment programmes measuring the level of digitalisation of information infrastructure in government institutions under the national Digital Development Concept.
