m10 is a mobile financial super-app developed by PashaPay (part of PASHA Holding's Bir ecosystem), officially launched in July 2022. It offers domestic money transfers, international remittances, QR-code payments, BakıKart transit top-ups, and consumer credit up to 25,000 AZN. The platform serves 700,000 daily active users and has accumulated 2.5 million downloads, operating under the Central Bank of Azerbaijan's Regulatory Sandbox.
